Shipping is free on orders above Rs. 3000.

All orders are provided with tracking details once dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer exchanges only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered.

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

Exchange Conditions:

• Product received is damaged or defective
• Wrong item delivered
• Exchange request submitted within 3 days of delivery
• Product must be unused and returned in original packaging.

Important Notes:

• We do not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind, personal preference, or minor variations in color/design caused by lighting, editing, or screen settings.
• Customers are required to return the item to the address provided by our support team.
  
  Every product is carefully checked before dispatch to ensure quality and accuracy.

In case of damaged or incorrect items, we will arrange a replacement after verification.
