1. Product Presentation

We make every effort to present our jewellery products as accurately as possible. Some product images may be enhanced or artistically refined using professional editing and AI-assisted tools to improve visual presentation and clarity.

However, the actual product delivered will remain the same in design and style as shown in the images. Minor variations in color tone, shine, texture, or small detailing may occur due to lighting, editing, photography, and individual screen settings.

These slight differences do not affect the overall appearance, quality, or design of the product. Every item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it matches the displayed product as closely as possible.

2. 3-Day Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer exchanges only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered.

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

Exchange Conditions:

Product received is damaged or defective
Wrong item delivered
Exchange request submitted within 3 days of delivery
Product must be unused and returned in original packaging.

Important Notes:

We do not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind, personal preference, or minor variations in color/design caused by lighting, editing, or screen settings.
Customers are required to return the item to the address provided by our support team.


Every product is carefully checked before dispatch to ensure quality and accuracy.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In case you receive:
A damaged item
A defective product
An incorrect order

We will arrange a replacement after verification.

4. Sale Items

Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance offers are not eligible for exchange, unless they are damaged or defective.

5. Order Changes

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement.
Once processing begins, changes may not be possible.

6. Delivery Policy

Nationwide delivery across Pakistan
Delivery time: 3–5 working days
Free shipping on orders above Rs. 3000

7. Address Accuracy

Customers must provide complete and accurate address details.
Incomplete addresses may cause delays or cancellations.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content including images, designs, logos, and text belongs to Rang-e-Adaa and may not be used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rang-e-Adaa is not responsible for:

Courier delays
Minor design variations
Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
